Role Description
Role: Project Manager – PMU Lead
Location: Mostly Noida; occasionally Sarvodaya Enclave, Delhi
Joining: Immediate
About the Role:
We're looking for a Project Manager for ongoing skilling and livelihood initiatives as part of a semi-government PMU. The ideal candidate would be someone who can excel at managing multiple stakeholder relationships, driving insights and actions from data, preparing project status summaries and presentation decks, designing action plans and executing them with central and state teams and proactively analysing progress and bottlenecks.
Role Requirements:
Graduate with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (Master's/ PGDM preferred)
Strong communication skills and experience for stakeholder management and relationship building
Ability to create, follow, and optimize processes
Comfortable with excel, data analysis and working with village-level operators
Strong capability to manage large-scale, multi-dimensional projects
High attention to detail with a strong bias towards meeting tight deadlines
Ability to manage and mentor a PMU Team
