Role: Technical Project Manager - PMO
Location: Bangalore - Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure. This includes defining project scope, developing detailed schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality delivery on time.
- Requirement Discovery: Facilitate workshops and meetings with customers to extract and document complex business and technical requirements.
- Solution Design & Documentation: Translate customer needs into comprehensive Solutions Documents. You will collaborate with architects to ensure the proposed solution is scalable and feasible.
- SOW Creation & Validation: Author and validate Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring that technical deliverables, milestones, assumptions, and commercial terms are accurately captured and agreed upon.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the "translator" and primary point of contact between non-technical customer stakeholders and our engineering teams.
- Resource & Risk Management: Identify potential project bottlenecks or technical risks early and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years in IT, with at least 3 years in a Project Management or Technical Lead role within an enterprise software environment.
- Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps practices, and enterprise platforms (experience with the Atlassian stack, Cloud migrations, or Observability tools is a major plus).
- Documentation Excellence: Proven ability to write clear, concise technical documents, SOWs, and business cases.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Methodology: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies. PMP or Prince2 certification is preferred.
