Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Panchkula for a Project Manager or Team Leader. The role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects within predefined timelines and budgets, coordinating resources, managing team members, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Project Manager/Team Leader will work closely with clients and stakeholders for requirement gathering, reporting progress, and ensuring the delivery of quality outcomes. Additionally, the role requires identifying and mitigating project risks and providing leadership to enhance team performance and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Proficiency in stakeholder and client communication, including reporting and feedback
- Knowledge of project planning tools and project management methodologies
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Technical proficiency related to the specific sector or projects is highly beneficial
- Experience in successfully managing cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus
