We are currently looking for a Project Manager for our Vani (Viramgam, Ahmedabad) location.
Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and execution plans for NPD and vehicle programs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely delivery
2. Risk Management & Mitigation
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Lead project review meetings
4. Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP
- Handle validation and documentation
5. Budget & Resource Management
- Manage project cost, manpower, tooling, and procurement
6. Customer Coordination
- Direct interaction with OEMs/Tier-1 customers
- Handle PPAP submissions, SOP readiness, and audits
Key Skills & Competencies:- Strong experience in automotive product development & project management
- Expertise in plastic injection molding, tooling, and mold validation
- Hands-on experience in APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and cost control
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
Preferred: OEM exposure (Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Hero MotoCorp, Yamaha, etc.)
