Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for project execution, planning, budgeting and timely completion.
- Lead end-to-end execution of EPC marine/bridge construction works as per approved scope, schedule, cost, quality and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with client, consultants, subcontractors, vendors and internal project functions.
- Develop, monitor and control project schedules, resources, budgets and key milestones.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to agreed scope, productivity, quality, safety and timelines.
- Monitor project cost, billing, cash flow and commercial performance; identify and address cost deviations.
- Drive planning and progress monitoring using Primavera and ensure timely corrective action on delays.
- Oversee quality, safety and construction activities and ensure compliance with approved specifications and procedures.
- Manage project claims, variations and contractual issues in coordination with Contracts/Commercial teams.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, plant and other project resources.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide periodic progress reports to management.
- Identify project risks, constraints and critical activities and implement mitigation measures.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, planning, finance and commercial teams.
- Support timely resolution of technical, execution and stakeholder issues.
- Ensure proper project documentation, reporting and handover/close-out activities.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering;
- M.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Primavera P6 certification/training will be an advantage.
Experience:
- 18–25 years overall experience, with minimum 10 years relevant experience in Marine/Creek Bridge Construction.
- Senior Civil Engineering professional with 18–25 years of experience, including at least 10 years in Marine/Creek Bridge Construction.
- Strong hands-on exposure to EPC project execution, planning, budgeting, cost control, subcontractor management, billing and claims.
- Candidates with cable-stayed bridge construction experience and strong Primavera exposure will be preferred.
- Should be capable of independently leading complex infrastructure projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
