DECAD is leading a
flagship luxury villa project in India, executed to
5-star hospitality
standards.
We are looking for a
Project Manager who can take full ownership of a complex,
design-driven project and transform it into a
structured,
well-sequenced, and
controlled
execution system.
This role requires deep understanding of
architecture,
interior fit-out, and
project
planning logic, not just coordination.
Mandatory Experience
Minimum 5 years in UAE / Dubai
Proven delivery of:
o
5-Star Hotels
o
Luxury Villas
Strong hands-on experience in:
o Architecture coordination
o Interior fit-out & finishing
o Joinery
o MEP coordination
Planning & Project Control (Critical Requirement)
Candidates must demonstrate strong capability in:
*Breaking down the project into a
realistic and logical WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)
*Structuring the project into
clear execution phases:
o Design → Structure → MEP → Fit-Out → Finishes
*Developing a
conflict-free project sequence, ensuring:
o No trade clashes
o No premature activities
o Proper interface between disciplines
*Building and managing a
fully detailed project schedule using MS Project, including:
o Activity sequencing
o Dependencies
o Milestones
o Critical path identification
*
Continuously aligning:
o WBS
o Timeline
o Site execution
Candidate must be able to translate drawings into practical execution logic, not just theoretical
schedules.
Technical Requirements

Strong understanding of:
o Construction sequencingo Interior fit-out sequencing
o Shop drawings vs execution
*
Advanced MS Project (Mandatory)
o Scheduling
o WBS integration
o Progress tracking
o Delay analysis
o Recovery planning
Qualifications
*Bachelor’s Degree (Civil / Architecture / Construction)
Preferred:
o PMP
o Planning / Scheduling Certification
Key Responsibilities
*Full ownership from design → execution → finishing
*Lead all disciplines:
o Architecture
o Structure
o MEP
o Interior & Fit-Out
*Build and control a
clear execution system based on WBS and schedule
*Ensure all activities follow a
logical,
coordinated sequence
*Manage contractors and ensure:
o No execution conflicts
o Proper sequencing
o Adherence to timeline
*Resolve:
o Design conflicts
o Execution gaps
o Scheduling issues
Preferred Profile
UAE / Dubai project background and or GCC
Experience with high-end developers or fit-out firms
Tamil-speaking / South India based preferred
Strong leadership and planning mindset
Important Note
This role is not suitable for candidates who:
*Do not understand
WBS and project structuring
*Cannot build a
logical execution sequence
*Use MS Project only as a reporting tool (not as a control tool)
Location
Full-time on-site in Tiruppur
Preference for Tamil Nadu / South India candidates
