Associate Manager – LMS (AI-Enabled)1) Position Summary
The Associate Manager – LMS (AI-Enabled) will be responsible for driving the adoption, effective utilization, and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS) across the organization. The role will act as a key interface between the IT and Education departments, enabling faculty through hands-on support and leveraging AI tools to enhance content creation, training delivery, and operational efficiency.
2) Key ResponsibilitiesA. AI-Enabled Content Development
- Enable faculty to create high-quality learning content using AI tools
- Develop and standardize prompt templates for question banks, summaries, and assessments
- Conduct workshops on practical AI usage for academic purposes
- Promote adoption of AI-assisted workflows for content creation
B. LMS Adoption & Faculty Enablement
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for faculty and staff
- Provide one-on-one support for course creation, assessments, and LMS usage
- Develop user manuals, SOPs, and quick reference guides
- Drive change management and ensure high LMS adoption across departments
C. LMS Administration & Operations
- Manage course creation, user roles, permissions, and assessments within the LMS
- Ensure smooth functioning and usability of the platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely manner
D. Project Management & Coordination
- Gather requirements from academic and administrative teams
- Plan, execute, and track LMS-related initiatives and enhancements
- Coordinate with IT teams for system support and issue resolution
- Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables
E. Reporting & Analytics
- Track LMS usage, course completion, and user engagement
- Generate reports and dashboards for management review
- Identify gaps in adoption and recommend improvements
3) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Percentage of faculty actively using LMS
- Number of courses created and completed
- Learner engagement and completion rates
- Adoption of AI-assisted content creation
- Issue resolution turnaround time
4) Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in LMS management, EdTech, project management, or training roles
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (preferably Moodle)
- Experience in faculty-facing or training roles is highly desirable
5) Required Skills & CompetenciesCore Skills
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Practical knowledge of AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT or similar tools)
- Proficiency in LMS platforms (course management, assessments, user administration)
- Data analysis and reporting skills

- Reports to: Head of IT / Digital Transformation Lead
- Works closely with: Education Department, Faculty, and IT Teams
8) Role Classification
This role is primarily responsible for:
- Driving LMS adoption and usage
- Enabling faculty through training and support
- Enhancing productivity through AI-enabled tools
This role does not include:
- Instructional design ownership
- Software development or system architecture responsibilities
