Role Summary:
Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering KREON's product initiatives. Ensures smooth coordination between tech, operations, design, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own project timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination.
- Break requirements into clear tasks and track progress.
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and implement solutions proactively.
- Work closely with product, tech, and operations to ensure successful launches.
- Maintain documentation, status reports, and drive weekly reviews.
- Ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of project or product management experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable with fast-paced startup environments.
- Should be an Immediate Joiner
