Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager who will act as a bridge between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders. The role involves end-to-end project ownership, client relationship management, and driving account growth while ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
Position: Project Manager (IT Product Company)
Experience: 6-8 Years
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery by coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, while developing and maintaining detailed project plans and documentation.
- Monitor project performance, manage resources efficiently, and handle changes related to scope, schedule, and cost using structured methodologies.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively, escalating issues with clear recommendations when required.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct regular review meetings, governance calls, and performance discussions to ensure alignment and performance transparency.
- Manage client escalations effectively, ensuring timely resolution and sustained client satisfaction.
- Manage third-party vendors and partners to ensure service quality and accountability.
Requirements:
- Educational background: Preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
- Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector
- Understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Candidates with exposure to Cybersecurity and experience working in BFSI domain will be preferred.
