Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management, to guide project execution.
- Manage project execution, track progress, and proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders regularly to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage and mitigate project risks to minimize potential disruptions and ensure project success.
- Close out projects, document lessons learned, and conduct post-project reviews to improve future project performance.
Required Skillset
- Demonstrated ability to manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including networking, servers, storage, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune.
- Demonstrate fluent verbal and written communication in English.
- Manage international client interactions, including requirement discussions, feedback sessions, and escalation handling.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients across different geographies.
- Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams.
- Handle client expectations professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
