Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager (Interiors) role based in Bengaluru. The Project Manager will oversee interior design and renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution. Responsibilities include creating project plans, coordinating schedules, managing budgets, liaising with vendors, supervising on-site operations, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. The role also demands handling client communications to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services
- Experience in Inspection processes to maintain quality standards
- Strong capabilities in Logistics Management to coordinate movement and delivery of resources
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage clients and teams
- Knowledge of interior design and construction processes is a distinct advantage
- Experience in the real estate or PropTech industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field
