Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager - Interior Fit Out located in Mumbai. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project management activities, including project scheduling, planning, and execution for interior fit-out projects. They will coordinate with clients and stakeholders, supervise on-site operations, ensure quality and compliance, manage project documentation, and oversee expediting, logistics, and inspections. The role requires effective leadership to drive project milestones, ensure timely delivery, and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and experience in managing interior fit-out projects
- Knowledge of Expediting and Expeditor duties, including ensuring timely delivery of materials and services
- End-to-end project execution & site coordination
- Client, vendor & contractor management
- Planning, scheduling & monitoring project progress
- Ensuring quality, safety & timely delivery
- Experience in Inspection and quality control to maintain high standards of project execution
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to oversee the timely and efficient transportation of materials
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in project management, such as PMP, are a plus
- Experience with commercial and workplace interior is desirable
