Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, where the Project Manager will oversee and coordinate residential and commercial interior design projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, creating space plans, supervising construction drawings, and collaborating with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure the vision and quality of each project are realized. The role also involves managing project budgets, sourcing materials and furniture, and ensuring that all work adheres to design plans and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and advanced skills in Interior Design
- Strong Project Management abilities to oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Experience in creating and interpreting Construction Drawings
- Knowledge of Furniture selection and procurement processes
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and vendors
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software
- Experience in project management tools is an advantage
- 2- 5 years experience
