💼 Role: Project Manager – Interior Projects
📅 Experience: 1–5 Years (Experience in the Interior Industry is Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage end-to-end execution of residential interior and modular projects.
✅ Supervise on-site activities and ensure timely project completion.
✅ Coordinate with carpenters, vendors, designers, and installation teams.
✅ Monitor project timelines, material flow, execution quality, and site progress.
✅ Handle client communication, provide regular project updates, and resolve on-site challenges.
✅ Ensure smooth installation, quality checks, and successful project handover.
✅ Plan budgets, allocate resources, and manage project schedules efficiently.
✅ Simultaneously manage 3–5 interior projects while maintaining quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
✔ 1–5 years of experience in residential interior execution, modular interiors, or fit-out projects.
✔ Prior experience in the interior design industry is mandatory.
✔ Strong knowledge of carpentry, modular furniture installation, and site coordination.
✔ Ability to interpret technical drawings (basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred).
✔ Experience in residential site execution and modular kitchen projects.
✔ Knowledge of quotation checking and technical detailing.
✔ Excellent communication, client management, and team coordination skills.
✔ Bachelor's Degree (Preferred).
