Location: Aurangabad, MH Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to lead the deployment and integration of complex infrastructure solutions in Aurangabad. This role is pivotal in overseeing the lifecycle of critical systems ranging from foundational physical layers to advanced operational technology networks.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-End Execution: Lead the planning, installation, and commissioning of Active and Passive infrastructure, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Specialized Infrastructure: Oversee ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems and Data Centre build-outs, including power, cooling, and rack management.
- Network Integration: Manage the deployment of OT Networks, ensuring seamless connectivity between industrial control systems and IT frameworks.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and cross-functional engineering teams.
- Compliance & Quality: Enforce rigorous safety standards and technical specifications across all on-site activities.
Technical Qualifications- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Active/Passive Expertise: Deep understanding of switching, routing, structured cabling (Fiber/Copper), and ISP/OSP works.
- ELV & Security: Proven experience with CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm Systems, and IBMS.
- Data Centre Knowledge: Familiarity with Tier standards, UPS systems, and DCIM tools(Preferred)
- OT Networks: Experience with industrial protocols (Modbus, Profinet) and securing OT environments is highly preferred.
Professional Experience- 5–8 years of project management experience in ICT or Industrial Infrastructure.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage on-site technicians and subcontractors.
- PMP is an added advantage.
