We’re Hiring | Project Manager – Infrastructure Admin (Real Estate + IT)
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in IT operations and real estate to join our dynamic team.
📍 Location: Gurgaon (Only local candidates – relocation will not be considered)
⏳ Experience: 10–15 years
⚡ Notice Period: Immediate joiners only
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional projects spanning IT and real estate initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, and resources
- Manage stakeholders across IT teams, real estate developers, vendors, and clients
- Identify and mitigate risks across project phases
- Oversee technology integration within real estate projects
- Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control
- Ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement
🔹 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Real Estate, Project Management, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in IT operations and real estate project management
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-domain projects
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project or similar
