Position Summary
We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of influencer marketing and brand campaigns. This role will work closely with internal teams, creators, and brand stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-time, and insight-driven campaigns while building scalable processes for a growing global organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end execution of influencer marketing and brand campaigns
• Translate client briefs into clear project plans, timelines, and execution frameworks
• Coordinate with influencer management, strategy, content, analytics, and operations teams
• Track timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resources across multiple campaigns
• Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams and stakeholders
• Identify risks and dependencies early and proactively drive solutions
• Ensure influencer deliverables meet brand, quality, and platform guidelines
• Define KPIs and reporting frameworks in collaboration with analytics teams
• Deliver structured post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations
• Build, implement, and continuously improve SOPs for campaign execution and reporting
Skills & Requirements
• 5–6 years of experience in project or campaign management
• Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or agency environments preferred
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in fast-paced environments
• Process-driven mindset with experience building SOPs and scalable workflow
