*Job Title: Project Manager – Industrial Construction Projects*
- Location:* Chennai, Saligramam + Site Travel
- Experience:* 10–12 Years
- Salary:* ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

*Role Overview*
We are hiring an experienced *Project Manager* to plan, execute, and deliver industrial construction/engineering projects end-to-end. You will be the single point of contact for clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Project Execution*: Manage industrial projects from kickoff to handover – civil, MEP, fabrication, and installation scope
- *Site Management*: Lead day-to-day site activities, coordinate contractors, and resolve technical/operational issues on ground
- *Planning & Monitoring*: Prepare project schedules, track progress, manage resources, and submit weekly MIS reports to management
- *Budget & Cost Control*: Monitor project costs, approve site expenses, and ensure profitability of projects
- *Client & Vendor Coordination*: Conduct client meetings, manage approvals, and ensure smooth vendor/contractor billing
- *Quality & Safety*: Enforce site safety compliance, quality checks, and statutory requirements at all project locations
- *Travel*: Must be willing to travel to project sites across Tamil Nadu/other states for audits, meetings, and commissioning
*Requirements*
- 10–12 years in project management with *minimum 5 years in industrial/manufacturing/plant projects*
- B.E/B.Tech – Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or Diploma with strong site exposure
- Strong in project planning tools, BOQ, billing, and contractor management
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and client-handling skills
- Willingness to travel 50–60% of the time for multi-site management
- Based in or willing to relocate to Chennai, Saligramam
