Role: Project Coordinator (Web Development Projects)
Location: Bangalore – On-site (Work from office)
Experience: 0–2 years
We are looking for a highly organized project coordinator to support the delivery of web development projects. This role will work closely with our UI/UX designers, developers, and leadership team to ensure projects stay on schedule and communication flows smoothly. This position is work-from-office in Bangalore, and the candidate is expected to coordinate closely with the internal team on a daily basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in project management in the technology industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Project tracking: Maintain and update project tasks using tools like Microsoft Planner/Trello/ClickUp. Track daily progress of development and design tasks. Ensure tasks are updated with correct status and deadlines.
- Team coordination: Coordinate between UI/UX designers and development teams. Follow up with team members to ensure timely task completion. Escalate blockers or delays to management promptly.
- Meeting management: Organize daily standup meetings. Document meeting notes and action items. Ensure follow-ups from meetings are completed.
- Deadline monitoring: Track project timelines and milestones. Identify delays early and escalate them to leadership.
- Client communication support: Assist in preparing weekly project status updates. Help compile progress reports and summaries. Maintain record of client feedback and requests.
- Documentation: Maintain project documentation. Track feature requirements and task breakdowns. Organize project communication and files.
