🚨 We Are Hiring | Implementation Lead | Ahmedabad

A leading IT Software Company looking for an experienced Implementation Lead to drive successful deployment of enterprise software solutions and lead client onboarding initiatives.

📍 Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

💰 Budget: Max Upto 12-13 LPA (Hike on the current salary will be as per industry standards and will also depend on the candidate’s interview performance)

🕒 Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days)

👨 💼 Experience Required: 7+ Years (Client-facing implementation roles with team handling experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise software / SaaS solutions

• Conduct requirement gathering and translate business needs into system configurations

• Manage system setup, data migration, integrations, and UAT

• Provide product demos, client training, onboarding, and go-live support

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation

• Lead and mentor the implementation team while ensuring timely project delivery

• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams

• Track project milestones, risks, and ensure proper documentation

• Ensure strong customer adoption and client satisfaction

Required Skills:

✔ Experience in enterprise software / SaaS implementation

✔ Strong project management and stakeholder management skills

✔ Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies

✔ Hands-on exposure to UAT, data migration, integrations, and client onboarding

✔ Excellent communication and presentation skills
