Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, timeline, and budget. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving successful outcomes for business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate with clients, business stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and define deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Conduct regular status meetings and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
Manage vendor relationships and third-party dependencies as needed.
Foster team collaboration and resolve conflicts to maintain productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or similar).
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
Experience in healthcare, finance, or technology domains (customize as needed).
Familiarity with budgeting and financial tracking for projects.
