Role Overview
Looking for a
Project Manager to lead Governance & Release Management for Technology Innovation programs. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication abilities, a proactive and structured attitude, and the capability to influence and manage stakeholders across business and technology functions. This role requires experience in governance controls, decision frameworks, escalation paths, and disciplined release processes to ensure compliant, transparent, and well managed delivery across innovation initiatives.
- Governance Leadership, Controls & Stakeholder Management
Lead and enforce end to end governance frameworks, covering decision rights, escalation paths, compliance controls, RAID oversight, steering committee preparation, and governance documentation. This includes running governance forums, maintaining quality gates, ensuring audit readiness, and driving alignment with senior stakeholders using clear and confident communication. The role calls for a composed, detail oriented, and structured professional attitude to maintain strong stakeholder confidence across Technology Innovation workstreams.
- Release & Change Management Oversight
Own the full release governance cycle, managing release calendars, readiness checks, change control workflows, deployment controls, defect gating, and final approvals, ensuring releases follow compliant, traceable, and risk controlled processes. This requires strong communication, cross team coordination, and the ability to maintain discipline and clarity across engineering, testing, and business teams.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Over 10 years of total professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in project management.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks, status reporting, and change control.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
- Positive attitude, high ownership, and strong professional presence in client facing interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Jira, Confluence, and other PMO tools.
