Role Description
Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) - MEA Region
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong business acumen to drive and manage multiple initiatives across ERP, CRM, and Digital domains for the MEA region. This role is expected to be a multi year engagement and will require close collaboration with both IT and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure IT program goals and vision are achieved in alignment with approved business objectives.
Collaborate closely with the Business Project Manager to implement initiatives within the established IT governance framework.
Provide overall oversight and coordination for IT design, build, and deployment activities, managing cross team dependencies.
Monitor key decisions, issues, and risks at the IT program level; escalate to the IT Program Manager, Steering Committee, and senior leadership as required.
Develop, manage, and maintain IT design, development, and deployment schedules, ensuring timely and effective execution.
Track and manage program schedules and budgets using Planview and other standard tracking tools.
Ensure the quality, value, and business benefits of all IT program deliverables.
Support planning of technical builds and actively monitor progress against defined program milestones.
Maintain accountability to executive sponsors for scope, schedule, budget, and quality across all IT program components.
Act as a key communication liaison between sponsors and program leadership, providing regular and transparent status updates.
Leverage experience in data and analytics initiatives, including Power BI, to support overall program objectives.
Engage effectively with senior and executive stakeholders, demonstrating strong leadership, judgment, and decision making capabilities.
Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to ensure alignment across business and IT teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Senior Project/Program Manager managing complex, multi stream IT initiatives.
Strong exposure to ERP, CRM, and Digital transformation programs.
Proficiency with program management and tracking tools
Strong leadership, communication, and executive level stakeholder engagement skills.
Business oriented mindset with the ability to align technology delivery to strategic outcomes.
