Summary
UST is looking for Technical Project Manager will lead technology-driven initiatives in the
Inventory
Management System (IMS) space, focusing on
Promise & Sourcing capabilities. This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and experience in retail or supply chain domains. The TPM will act as the bridge between engineering teams, product owners, and business
stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
The Opportunity
- Project Planning & Execution
- Define scope, objectives, and success criteria for IMS projects, including Promise & Sourcing modules.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; track
progress and manage dependencies.
- Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and operations teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Act as a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Leadership
- Ensure technical feasibility and scalability of IMS solutions.
- Partner with engineering teams to implement secure, high-performing systems leveraging APIs, cloud platforms, and modern tech stacks.
