Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager – High Rise Residential role based in Hyderabad. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of high-rise residential projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination of all on-site construction activities. Responsibilities include managing contractors and subcontractors, monitoring work progress against plans, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and conducting regular site inspections. The role involves close coordination with design, procurement, logistics, and expediting teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources. The Project Manager will also prepare progress reports, manage stakeholders and clients, mitigate project risks, and drive on-time, on-budget project delivery aligned with the company’s quality and sustainability objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong project management capabilities, including Project Management and related planning, scheduling, and coordination skills.
- Experience in expediting processes, including Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Competence in Inspection and quality control to maintain construction standards and compliance.
- Logistics Management skills for coordinating material movement, site deliveries, and inventory control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
- Proven experience managing high-rise residential projects from inception to handover, preferably in a similar urban environment.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and contract management.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams on site.
- Proficiency in project management and construction software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) is beneficial
