Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of product and technology initiatives, with a strong emphasis on Agile execution, stakeholder alignment, and high-quality outcomes. The role requires hands-on experience in managing cross-functional teams, driving product development cycles, and delivering solutions in complex environments such as US healthcare and AI-driven platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of multiple concurrent projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Data Science, and cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, product priorities, and delivery timelines.
- Proactively manage project scope of work (SOW), schedules, risks, dependencies, and resource coordination.
- Monitor and report key delivery metrics such as sprint velocity, burndown, and release readiness.
- Drive effective communication and coordination with global stakeholders, including US-based clients and teams.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and organizational best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on Agile maturity and delivery excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of overall experience, including 4–5 years in Project/Program Management within a product-driven environment.
- Strong practical experience with Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira OR Confluence.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across both technical and business functions.
- Experience managing end-to-end product development lifecycles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with distributed/global teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience within the US healthcare domain, preferably in payer/provider ecosystems.
- Exposure to AI/ML-led initiatives or data-driven platforms.
- PMP and/or Scrum Master certification would be an advantage.
- Prior experience working with global clients, particularly in US time zones.

Educational Qualification

- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, listening, and technical articulation skills.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and stakeholder management skills across internal and external teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, quick learner, and an effective collaborator.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines within a matrix organizational structure.
