We are looking for an Account / Project Manager who can act as the operational bridge between clients and internal teams — someone highly organized, detail-oriented, technically capable, and strong in communication.
The RoleThis role sits at the center of client delivery and operational execution.
You will coordinate projects internally, manage timelines and deliverables, ensure operational accuracy, maintain clean systems and reporting, and serve as a reliable point of communication between Blueberg and our clients.
You will work closely with SDRs, campaign managers, operations teams, copywriters, and leadership to ensure campaigns run smoothly, clients stay informed, and execution standards remain high.
This is not a passive coordination role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, solve operational problems proactively, and keep multiple moving parts aligned at all times.
What You’ll Do
Client & Project Management
- Manage day-to-day communication between clients and internal teams
- Conduct regular client meetings, campaign reviews, and reporting calls
- Maintain project timelines, task ownership, and execution accountability across teams
- Ensure client requests, feedback, and action items are documented and implemented properly
- Act as the primary coordination point for ongoing outbound campaigns
- Handle escalations, questions, blockers, and operational follow-ups efficiently
- Build strong client relationships through responsiveness, clarity, and consistency
Campaign Operations & Data Management
- Maintain clean and organized operational data across CRM systems, Clay, spreadsheets, and campaign trackers
- Review campaign workflows regularly to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or process improvements
- Coordinate outbound campaign setup and execution across multiple accounts
- Ensure reporting accuracy and timely updates for internal and client-facing dashboards
- Monitor campaign progress, deliverability performance, and operational health metrics
Clay & Workflow Management
- Build and manage advanced Clay tables and workflows beyond basic enrichment setups
- Handle complex data enrichment, segmentation, lead routing, and workflow logic
- Support campaign infrastructure and outbound operations through scalable Clay workflows
- Work closely with outbound and strategy teams to improve prospecting systems and campaign efficiency
Email Infrastructure Management
- Manage outbound email infrastructure across multiple client accounts
- Purchase and configure domains for outbound campaigns
- Set up and maintain DKIM, SPF, and DMARC configurations
- Warm up inboxes and monitor deliverability health continuously
- Maintain inbox reputation, domain rotation strategies, and sending best practices
- Troubleshoot deliverability or technical issues proactively
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate between sales, operations, copywriting, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution
- Keep documentation updated across workflows, SOPs, trackers, and project systems
- Ensure deadlines are met and priorities stay aligned across departments
- Maintain operational discipline and process consistency across accounts
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist with basic outbound copywriting for cold emails and cold-calling scripts when needed
- Support basic workflow automations using Make, Zapier, or n8n
- Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest process improvements proactively
- Contribute ideas to improve campaign execution, reporting, and client experience
What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in account management, project management, campaign operations, or client-facing operational roles
- Strong experience managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and ongoing projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or agency environments
Technical & Operational Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Clay, including building advanced tables and workflows
- Experience managing outbound email infrastructure and inbox operations
- Good understanding of:
- DKIM
- SPF
- DMARC
- Inbox warm-up
- Deliverability monitoring
- Domain management
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Comfortable handling campaign data, reporting, and operational workflows
Good to Have
- Experience with Make, Zapier, or n8n automations
- Basic copywriting skills for outbound sales campaigns
- Understanding of outbound sales workflows and lead generation systems
- Experience working with international clients or distributed teams
