We’re building in the *Lithium Battery Recycling* space and looking for a hands-on *Project Manager* with *3–4 years of experience* to drive on-ground execution.
If you enjoy *building from scratch, solving real-world problems, and working in fast-paced startup environments*, this role is for you.
*What You’ll Do: *
* Own *end-to-end project execution* at site
* Lead *plant setup, installation & commissioning*
* Coordinate with *vendors, partners, and internal teams*
* Solve on ground *operational & technical challenges*
* Ensure *safety, compliance, and timelines*
* Drive *efficiency and scalability*
*What We’re Looking For:*
* 3–4 years in *field operations / project execution / plant setup*
* Background in *Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering*
* Strong ownership with a *hustler mindset*
* Comfortable with *on-site work & travel*
* Bonus: Experience in *EV / recycling / manufacturing*
