We are looking for a
Project Lead – Regulated Medical Context.
The Project Lead is fully accountable for end-to-end project execution within the Siemens Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) framework. The role covers all project phases from pre‑D1 to D4 and D4–D5 for maintenance projects, including downstream rollout‑enabling activities prior to product release and support & maintenance phases where applicable. Operating in a regulated medical environment, the Project Lead ensures delivery of project objectives across schedule, cost, content, and quality, while leading globally distributed, cross‑functional teams and ensuring compliance with defined processes and regulatory requirements.
You’ll Make a Difference By
- Lead and control projects of varying size and complexity through all PLM phases, including project setup, planning, execution, and control.
- Ensure achievement of project milestones with respect to schedule, cost, content, and quality in alignment with PLM and quality system requirements.
- Perform overall project monitoring, structured reporting, and timely escalation to management and key stakeholders.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage project risks and issues, including planning, execution, and control of mitigation measures.
- Manage change requests impacting project goals, ensuring controlled decision-making across schedule, cost, content, and quality dimensions.
- Drive implementation of downstream activities such as SCM enablement, CRM readiness, regulatory approvals, and rollout preparation to support compliant product release.
- Ensure compliance with project execution standards, including adherence to PLM processes and completeness and correctness of Design Master Record (DMR) and Design History File (DHF).
- functional internal roles including Product Management, Quality Management, Test Management, Finance, Architecture, Risk Management, Supplier Management, and downstream service and support functions.
- Identify and drive improvements within project execution and project management practices in alignment with organizational and quality objectives.

- Experience leading international and distributed software or product development projects.
- Advanced project management certification or equivalent experience handling complex projects.
