Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of end-to-end project execution - from understanding client requirements to delivering final films. This role sits at the intersection of client communication, creative coordination, and execution discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Understand client requirements, ask the right questions, and translate briefs into actionable plans
- Create and share proposals, timelines, and scope documents
- Coordinate with internal teams (writers, designers, editors, motion artists) and external stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear prioritisation
- Ensure smooth flow of data, assets, and feedback between client and team
- Oversee daily task allocation and track progress across stages
- Handle multiple rounds of feedback and ensure structured implementation
- Maintain timelines and ensure on-time delivery without compromising quality
- Bring clarity and structure to otherwise ambiguous project situations
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in project management within video production / advertising / creative agencies
- Strong understanding of B2B communication, corporate films, or similar formats
- Ability to understand both creative and business aspects of a project
- Excellent communication skills - clear, structured, and professional (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
- Comfortable handling multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain process discipline
