● Manage relationships and communication with both internal and external project stakeholders
● Conduct detailed site feasibility studies, coordinating with architectural consultants and generating reports for management review
● Oversee design development, collaborating closely with the design team and consultants to monitor progress
● Prepare capital expenditure (CAPEX) budgets for management approval and track project costs against budget
● Plan, schedule, control and monitor multiple projects, including new builds, remodels, and reinvestment initiatives
● Provide on-site leadership to direct, guide and coordinate personnel to achieve project targets and quality standards
● Proactively update management on project status, delays, budget overruns and propose solutions
● Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between internal departments and external partners like developers and landlords
● Maintain organized project documentation and implement process improvements
● Ensure factory are handed over to the operations team on schedule and snag-free
● Process payment of invoices and advise on billing
● Handle administrative contract closure, final billing, and generate MIS reports
● Develop master project schedules and oversee contractor schedules, leveraging site supervision for daily monitoring and implementing corrective actions as needed
● Track long lead procurement items to avoid material delays

● Have a bachelor’s (B.E / B.Tech) in Civil Engineering or NICMAR or PMI certification
● Have knowledge on Construction/Project Management
● Have a minimum of 6 years of project management experience in Retail Fitouts
