Role Overview
We are looking for a CS & Project Manager to manage client relationships and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and event projects. This role requires strong client servicing, project management, and multi-tasking abilities across teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: briefing to execution and closure
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, production, business)
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, and trackers
- Ensure timely delivery of all campaign and event milestones
- Maintain proactive client communication and manage expectations
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with clear prioritization
- Track budgets, scopes, and approvals
- Identify and resolve risks, delays, and dependencies
- Support business development (proposals, presentations, meetings)
- Ensure smooth handover across sales, strategy, and execution teams
- Lead post-project reporting and client feedback
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in client servicing / project / account management
- Experience in events, experiential marketing, or integrated agencies
- Exposure to brand campaigns, corporate events, or activations
- Strong experience managing multiple clients and cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of project workflows and execution
