🚨 Hiring: Boiler & Industrial Project Execution Professionals (8+ Years Experience)
Company: Green Thermo Power Pvt Ltd
Location: Project Sites Across India
Green Thermo Power Pvt Ltd is looking for experienced professionals to lead fabrication, erection, and commissioning activities for boilers and other heavy industrial systems across power plants and process industries.
We are seeking individuals who can take ownership of site execution, coordinate with clients, manage teams, and ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Client coordination and technical communication
• Project planning and execution as per approved drawings and bar charts
• Team building and manpower management at site
• Supervision of fabrication, erection, and commissioning activities
• Preparation of daily progress reports (DPR) and project documentation
• Monitoring project timelines, productivity, and quality standards
• Budget assessment and cost monitoring for project execution
Basic Skills
• Proficient in MS Office, reporting, and professional emailing
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Leadership mindset with the ability to handle site teams and execution activities
Technical Requirements
Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 8+ years in industrial project execution
Experience in:
• Power plants – Boilers, Turbines, ACC, ESP, Chimneys, Ducting
• Boiler fabrication, erection & commissioning
• Heavy fabrication & structural erection
• Pipeline fabrication & erection
• Industrial exposure in steel plants, cement plants, sugar mills, and distilleries
Candidates with experience independently handling site execution and managing manpower at project sites will be preferred.
