1. Project Planning & Execution- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, and task allocations.
- Manage end-to-end execution of digital campaigns including:
- SEO campaigns (on-page, off-page, technical)
- Paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Social media marketing
- Content marketing and copywriting
- Website design and development projects
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
2. Client Management- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Conduct client onboarding, requirement gathering, and expectation setting.
- Schedule and lead regular client meetings (weekly/monthly reviews).
- Provide performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
3. Team Coordination- Collaborate with internal teams:
- Performance marketers
- SEO specialists
- Content writers
- Graphic designers
- Web developers
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure workload balance.
- Facilitate clear communication between teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct internal review meetings and stand-ups.
4. Timeline & Resource Management- Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery.
- Identify potential delays and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects.
- Manage dependencies across teams and functions.
5. Budget & Commercial Oversight- Manage project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Track billable hours, resource utilization, and profitability.
- Support invoicing and ensure alignment with agreed scopes.
- Identify scope creep and implement change management processes.
6. Quality Assurance- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards before client delivery.
- Review campaign outputs, creatives, and content.
- Maintain consistency in brand messaging and campaign performance.
7. Reporting & Analytics- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media insights.
- Prepare detailed reports highlighting KPIs such as:
- Traffic, conversions, ROI
- Engagement metrics
- Campaign performance trends
- Use data to recommend improvements and optimizations.
8. Process Improvement- Implement best practices in project management and delivery.
- Streamline workflows and improve team efficiency.
- Maintain proper documentation (SOPs, project trackers, reports).
- Contribute to building scalable systems for agency growth.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Background- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Experience- 3–7 years of experience in project management within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven track record of managing multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
