Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (US/Canada Clients)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month

🚀 Role Overview

We’re looking for a smart, proactive Project Manager who can take ownership of client projects and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

This is an execution-focused role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience working with international clients across digital and creative projects.

You won’t just coordinate — you’ll drive projects, communicate with clients, and ensure timely delivery.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage execution of client projects (US & Canada market)
• Coordinate with internal teams (designers, video editors, developers)
• Handle client communication (calls, chats, emails)
• Ensure timely delivery of:
• Video editing & reels
• Social media content & posting
• WordPress websites
• Track timelines, follow-ups, and project progress
• Break down requirements into clear tasks for the team
• Identify delays and proactively resolve issues
• Maintain quality standards across deliverables
  
  

🧠 Required Skills

• Strong communication skills (must-have for client handling)
• Basic understanding of:
• Social media workflows
• Video editing timelines/process
• Website development (WordPress basics)
• Good organizational and multitasking ability
• Ability to take ownership and work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  
  

⭐ Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• 1–2 years experience in a digital/creative agency
• Exposure to tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp
• Basic knowledge of Adobe tools or WordPress
