Job Description – Project Manager (Data Collection)
Role: Project Manager – Data Collection
Location: On-site / Hybrid (Delhi preferred)
Experience: 2–5 years
About the RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager to lead and execute large-scale data collection projects (audio, image, video, text). The role requires strong ownership, fast execution, and the ability to manage multiple small-to-mid scale projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end ownership of data collection projects (planning → execution → delivery)
- Manage field teams, vendors, and coordinators for dataset creation
- Ensure timelines, quality benchmarks, and client requirements are met
- Design SOPs and workflows for scalable data collection
- Monitor daily progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve issues quickly
- Coordinate internally with operations, QA, and leadership
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
- Ensure data quality standards and compliance requirements
Requirements- 2–5 years of experience in project management (preferably data collection / operations / BPO / field ops)
- Strong execution and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with vendors / freelancers / field teams
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets / dashboards
- Prior experience in AI/ML data collection projects is a strong plus
