Job Description

Project Manager - Data Centre to join our dedicated team at our office located in
Vikhroli, India.
Specific Job Activities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
- Adhere to IPS HSE Culture.
- Project, Client, and Stakeholder Management.
- Review tender documents, estimates, and BOQs.
- Project and design Coordination with the client, sites, and all other multiple internal IPS engineering disciplines as per project needs.
- Leading meetings with Clients, Contractors, Vendors & Internal review meetings.
- Ensure the QAQC w.r.t. Checking drawings & co-ordination of drawings is done before issuance.
- Responsible for effective project delivery on technical and commercial aspects, i.e., managing project As-Sold GM and WHs, and achieving the highest client satisfaction.
- Responsible for project commercial and financial management, including project-level profitability.
- Project Control, planning, and manhours management.
- Proactive approach towards Value additions, sustainability, and EHS initiatives on projects.
- Implement safe & sustainable initiatives for the entire run of the project.
- Prepare/issue weekly and monthly project progress reports to the client.
- Conducting Project Review Meetings.
- Guide / Mentor the team and maintain a positive work culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 12-15 years’ experience in Project Management on either the client side or engineering consultancy.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Mechanical/Civil).
- Post Graduation/PMP certification preferred.
- Experience in Data Center design/project management - minimum 2-3 completed DC projects.
- Experience/know-how with Project Management and 3D BIM tools.
- Experienced and hands-on MS Office Suite.
- Experience working in the Engineering, Design & construction industry, and active involvement in professional associations locally & globally, is an added advantage.
