🚀 We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Data Center Operations | Bhopal (Onsite)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Data Center to lead and manage critical Data Center operations and infrastructure projects. If you have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in Data Center technologies, this opportunity could be the next big step in your career.
📍 Location: Bhopal (Onsite)
🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech + MBA
📜 Certification: PMP or Prince2 (Mandatory)
👨💻 Experience: 10+ Years (Post Qualification)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end Data Center Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
• Act as Single Point of Contact with Government stakeholders for all DC-related interactions
• Handle OEM escalations and ensure availability of spares and services
• Lead weekly project review meetings and team coordination
• Oversee entire site infrastructure – IT & Non-IT components
• Manage project manpower and operational teams
• Review and approve major change requests and reports before submission
• Ensure IT security policies and physical security compliance
• Maintain site inventory and track changes in DC equipment
🔹 Technical Expertise Required
Candidates should have strong understanding of:
✔ Server Technologies
✔ Storage Systems
✔ Database Management
✔ Operating Systems (Linux/RedHat/Windows)
✔ Network Architecture
✔ Virtualization (VMware/RedHat)
✔ Cloud Platforms
✔ Cybersecurity Practices
✔ Non-IT Infrastructure (Power, Cooling, Physical Security)

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
