About Position:
We are seeking Project Manager Cyber Transformation As a Cyber Transformation Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee and drive the transformation of an organization’s cybersecurity practices and capabilities. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the organizations cyber resilience and ensure the protection of critical information assets

What You'll Do:
- Cybersecurity Strategy Development Collaborate with senior management to define the organizations cybersecurity strategy and objectives Conduct assessments of the current cybersecurity landscape and identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Develop a comprehensive cybersecurity roadmap that aligns with the organizations goals and industry best practices Cybersecurity Transformation Planning and Execution.
- Lead the planning and execution of the cybersecurity transformation program, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and establish a timeline for the successful implementation of cybersecurity initiatives Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders,ensuringeffective collaboration and communication throughout the transformation process.
- Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, controls, and frameworks to minimize cybersecurity risks.
- Monitor and review the effectiveness of risk management measures, making adjustments as necessary
- Policy and Governance Development: Establish cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices Define governance structures and frameworks to ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies and procedures Monitor and enforce adherence to cybersecurity policies and procedures across the organization
- Security Awareness and Training: Develop and deliver cybersecurity awareness and training programs for employees at all levels of the organizationPromote a cybersecurity-conscious culture, educating employees on best practices, threats, and incident response proceduresConduct regular cybersecurity drills and exercises to test the organizations preparedness and response capabilities
- Incident Response and Management: Establish an incident response plan and procedures to effectively respond to and manage cybersecurity incidentsCoordinate with internal teams and external partners to investigate and remediate cybersecurity incidentsConduct post-incident reviews and identify lessons learned to improve incident response processes and prevent future incidents
- Collaboration and Vendor Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT teams, legal, HR, and compliance, to ensure a holistic approach to cybersecurityManage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and service providers, ensuring the delivery of quality cybersecurity solutions and services
- Continuous Improvement and Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements Continuously assess and enhance cybersecurity processes, technologies, and practices to address emerging threats Participate in industry forums, conferences, and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in cybersecurity
- As a Cyber Transformation Manager, your role is critical in ensuring the organizations cyber resilience and protection against evolving cyber threats Your expertise in cybersecurity, project management, and stakeholder engagement enables you to drive effective cybersecurity transformations, enhance risk management practices, and foster a cybersecurity-conscious culture within the organization Desires
- Candidate Profile:10+ years experience of Security transformation management. Experience in Operations management, incident response, SOC will be plus. Good experience of Various security technologies and best practices associated with it
Expertise You'll Bring:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent experience
