🔹 Role Overview
Looking for a consulting-style Project Manager (Engagement Manager profile) who can own client relationships while driving end-to-end delivery across complex workstreams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Manage client communication & expectations end-to-end
• Drive project delivery across multiple workstreams
• Translate business problems into structured solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams & stakeholders
• Present insights via decks, reports & dashboards
• Ensure timelines, quality, and alignment
• Proactively identify and solve risks
🔹 Ideal Profile
• Consulting background / strong problem-solving experience
• Strong stakeholder & client management skills
• Excellent communication & structured thinking
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
🔹 Good to Have
• Experience in consulting firms (EM-style roles)
• Exposure to data, dashboards & business metrics
• Multi-industry or client-facing experience
