Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, for a Project Manager cum Business Development Executive. The role involves managing projects effectively while driving business growth. Day-to-day tasks include developing business plans, overseeing project timelines, delegating tasks, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to sales strategies. Collaboration with team members to ensure project success and addressing client needs will also be integral.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including task delegation, timeline management, and ensuring project deliverables are met.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship building and team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Business Planning and identifying growth opportunities.
- Experience in Sales and crafting effective sales strategies to drive business expansion.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills for assessing data and making informed decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience in the digital marketing or creative industry is a plus.
Salary- (Upto 3.60 Lakhs Per Annum)
