Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Project Manager/Coordinator. The role includes overseeing project timelines, expediting processes, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth completion of deliverables.
Key Responsibilities will include
- Review contracts to establish project scope and deliverables
- Work alongside Sales to ease the transition from bidding and share customer context
- Take charge of onboarding customers and leading kickoff meetings
- Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
- Coordinate integration processes with third-party vendors
- Supervise project activities such as configuration and installation
- Track progress, address risks or issues, and serve as the primary escalation point
- Handle changes in scope and new requirements
- Obtain official customer approval and complete the transfer of support responsibilities
- Wrap up with a final review of the project and close out financial matters
- Coordinating with team members to ensure timely inspections, providing progress updates, and addressing project-related challenges.
- The ideal candidate will enhance operational efficiency and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years' project management experience, Freshers are considered for multiple roles
- Expertise in Project Management, including planning, executing, monitoring, and completing projects.
- Skills in Expediting and Expeditor responsibilities to ensure on-time delivery of project tasks.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes to maintain quality standards and ensure project specifications are met.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Delivered medium to large-scale IT infrastructure, network, and software projects
- Adaptable in fast-paced, high-volume settings; quick to address evolving demands
- Proficient with Agile/Waterfall methodology
- Led cross-functional teams and managed stakeholders
- Skilled in risk management and problem-solving
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
- PMP and Food & Beverage industry experience preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in remote and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience in Hospitality industry experience preferred is a plus.
