Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager – Civil, located in Mumbai. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate civil engineering mostly Telecom projects, including planning, organizing, and managing construction activities. Responsibilities include managing project budgets, supervising teams, ensuring compliance with timelines and safety standards, and liaising with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery. The role requires strong leadership and attention to detail to maintain the highest standards of construction management and infrastructure development.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in Construction Management, including ability to oversee and direct diverse construction activities.
- Proficiency in Project Management, with skills in planning, coordinating, and executing complex civil projects.
- Competency in Budgeting, including cost estimation, resource allocation, and financial planning for projects.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of working on similar projects, preferably in the infrastructure or construction domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and industry standards is an advantage.
