Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Project Manager (Civil/MEP/EHS - Interior & Industries). In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of interior and industrial construction projects. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and monitoring project progress to meet established timelines and deliverables. Collaboration with stakeholders and effective management of resources are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Project Management and Construction Management
- Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering and Infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
- Familiarity with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards and compliance is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Experience in managing interior and industrial projects, particularly in high-demand environments
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders
