Job Descriptions
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects from start to handover.
Prepare project schedules, budgets, BOQs, and cost estimates.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and clients.
Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
Manage project billing, vendor management, and contract administration.
Conduct site meetings and submit weekly/monthly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and local regulations.
Lead and supervise site engineers and project staff.
Qualification B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Skills Required
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction
methodologies and site execution.
Budget control and cost management expertise.
Proficiency in MS Project / AutoCAD.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Software Proficiency
AutoCAD (Drawing reading & checking),
MS Office (Advanced formulas, project tracking
sheets), Expertise in MS Projec
