We’re Hiring | Senior Engineer / Project Manager – Civil
📍 Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra
💼 Experience: 10–15 Years
🎓 Qualification: B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
🏗️ Industry: Industrial Construction / Building Construction / Project Management
We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer / Project Manager – Civil to take independent ownership of site execution, project coordination and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Site & Project Management
Manage and supervise day-to-day site activities.
Plan, monitor and control project execution.
Track project milestones and ensure timely completion.
Monitor manpower, materials and site resources.
2. Contractor Management
Coordinate and supervise contractors and subcontractors.
Monitor contractor performance and progress.
Conduct site meetings and follow up on pending activities.
Identify delays and drive corrective actions.
3. Quality & Technical Coordination
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with architectural, structural and MEP consultants.
Identify technical/site issues and ensure timely resolution.
Verify contractor measurements against actual execution, drawings and BOQ.
4. Client & Consultant Coordination
Coordinate with clients, consultants and PMC representatives.
Participate in site inspections and project review meetings.
Follow up on approvals, instructions and action points.
5. Planning & Documentation
Prepare DPR, MPR and project progress reports.
Maintain site records, approvals, instructions and correspondence.
Monitor project progress against the approved schedule.
Candidate Profile:
10–15 years of relevant building construction experience.
B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
Strong technical and site execution expertise.
Excellent contractor and team management skills.
Ability to independently manage site activities.
Strong communication, coordination and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of MS Project/Primavera will be an advantage.
We are looking for a hands-on professional who can take ownership, proactively resolve challenges and drive the project towards timely, quality completion.
