Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Project Head – Civil Execution, based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of civil construction projects, including project planning, execution, and timely handover within budget constraints. The role entails monitoring project milestones, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations, and managing the procurement of materials. The Civil Project Head will also lead a team of engineers and site supervisors, provide technical guidance, and resolve on-site challenges promptly.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Planning, Scheduling, and Budget Management
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering principles, Construction Methods, and Quality Control Standards
- Ability to lead teams, collaborate with contractors, and manage onsite execution effectively
- Knowledge of Safety and Legal Compliance standards in construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other construction management software is a plus
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an added advantage
