We’re Hiring – Project Manager (Real Estate)
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of our luxury villa developments in Lonavala.
If you have strong experience managing real estate construction projects, vendor coordination, cost control, and premium quality delivery, this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Location: Navi Mumbai (Vashi) + Site visits to Lonavala
Industry: Real Estate
Experience: Minimum 3+ years in Real Estate Project Management
Tools: MS Project / Project Planning Systems
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end planning and execution of luxury villa projects
• Managing multiple villa clusters and site execution
• Cost control, contractor coordination & vendor management
• Quality control for premium finishes and construction
• Project scheduling, monitoring and reporting (DPR / MPR)
• Client handover and project completion
Qualifications:
• Experience in Real Estate / Construction Projects
• Strong Project Management skills
• Knowledge of MS Project and project planning systems
• Graduate B.E. Civil Engineering.
