Hiring: Experienced Project Manager – Construction📍 Location: KK Nagar, Chennai
🏗️ Project Type: Residential & Office Building Construction
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager to lead residential and commercial construction projects in KK Nagar, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience handling government projects and be proficient in AutoCAD.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end project execution from planning to handover
- Manage residential and office building construction projects
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and approvals
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Prepare and review project drawings using AutoCAD
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Ensure safety standards and quality control measures are followed
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction
- Prior experience handling government construction projects (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial building execution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
Preferred:- Civil Engineering degree or related qualification
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience
- Based in or willing to work in Chennai
