About Reidius Infra
Reidius Infra is a Jaipur-based architecture-focused construction company offering complete building solutions including architectural design, premium residential construction, and project management, delivering quality, trust and transparency.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
- Monitor site progress, timelines, and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors
- Ensure quality control, safety standards, and compliance with regulations
- Review DPR, DLR, and overall project reports for accuracy and progress tracking
- Manage project budgets, material procurement, and cost optimization
- Conduct regular site visits and resolve on-ground challenges
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and client communication
- Track resource allocation including manpower, materials, and equipment
Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.)
- 3–4 years of experience in construction/project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site execution
- Experience in handling multiple sites/projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project planning and reporting tools (MS Excel, MS Project, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:- Ability to manage timelines under pressure
- Strong coordination and team management skills
- Attention to detail and quality standards
- Client handling and stakeholder management experience
